We’ll look at how past experiences may still be influencing you today, so you can respond to life with more awareness, choice, and confidence.

I specialize in therapy for young adults navigating big life transitions, whether that's starting careers, ending relationships, moving, redefining friendships, or figuring out who you are becoming. Many of the people I work with feel anxious, lost, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure of their next step. Together, we create space to sort through the overwhelm, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping, connecting, and moving forward with clarity.
