While I work with all adults, I specialize in therapy for young adults navigating big life transitions — starting careers, ending relationships, moving, redefining friendships, or figuring out who they are becoming. Many of the people I work with feel anxious, lost, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure of their next step.
